France: Regularly represented multinational companies in arbitration proceedings before the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), Paris; recently represented Korean health care company in damage proceedings brought by a European distributor etc.

Hong Kong: Represented a leading European supermarket chain in damage proceedings against a Chinese manufacturer under the HKIAC Rules

Indonesia: Assisted a public listed European company against a major damage law suit of an Indonesian conglomerate in Jakarta and in Singapore, coordinated and led legal teams in Jakarta and in Singapore, organized political lobbying in Jakarta under involvement of a foreign embassy and chambers of commerce and led SIAC arbitration proceedings; acted as lead counsel for a Thai company against an Indonesian health care company in ICC proceedings

Mexico: Represented a Thai Company as lead counsel in ICC arbitration proceedings against a Mexican healthcare company

Singapore: Regularly represented major European companies in proceedings before the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC)

Switzerland: Represented a German health care company in a damage law suit brought by a Thai distributor under the Swiss Rules
